Permablitz Hawaii Building Local Food Capacity One Backyard At A Time

Screen shot 2014-04-14 at 7.59.29 PMGet inspired with the Hawai’i version of the global grassroots movement Permablitz.  In just one day, neighbors help neighbors build edible landscapes using permaculture principles and is entirely supported by volunteers and based on trade.  Members come out to three events and help other people build gardens on their properties and then they qualify for the network to come to their home.  To learn more please visit the Permablitz Hawaii website.   This amazing project is building Hawaii’s capacity to grow food, one backyard at a time.    Join the Edible Garden Revolution!
